Detailed Problem Description
Email from Greg:
It looks like we need to go through this exercise again. We have an order, 2334348, not displaying in open orders and it has the same pattern as all the previous ones did (lines were rejected and then unrejected in the same day). Please evaluate and find a list of other possible orders that this could be happening to in the morning when you come in. If you can please reload them as well. If you don’t have time to reload all of them, please at least load 2334348.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
Some of the valid open orders are not updated in to Open order Cube due to the negative TAS ordered Quantity which was caused due to the rejection of items in sales order multiple times and some of the sales orders are updated with negative TAS Ordered Quantity into Sales order DSO even though a valid rejection reason is placed at Item level.
The following valid sales orders are not updated to Open order cube due to Negative TAS ordered Quantity:
1. 2332873
2. 2334348
The following Sales orders are updated with negative TAS Ordered quantity even though a valid rejection reason is placed:
1. 2099811
2. 2099813
3. 2099825
4. 2099828
5. 2108394
Resolution
1. Need to do a full load of all the orders specified above.
